Education – Adult Education meets at 9:30 on Sunday mornings in the parish hall.  Currently we are discussing The Way of Love, the Episcopal Church’s Presiding Bishop’s approach to Christian discipleship.  Other programs occur occasionally throughout the year and other avenues of formation are employed as the need arises.

Pastoral Care -- Pastoral care is a broad term for spiritual support, compassion, and communion. It can be a time of reflection, listening, and encouragement. It is a time of prayerfully helping a person, couple, or family through a difficult place in their life’s journey, as well as a celebration of life’s joys and triumphs. Pastoral care can
encompass many different things from a telephone call, a note, a visit or a meal for those in the hospital, nursing home or hospice. It involves quietly coming alongside
as a listening presence to those who are dealing with change or transition, such as parents who are adapting to their children leaving home; people who are
lonely; new members of the congregation who are seeking to find their place; people in sudden crisis; those who are bereaved; or relationships that are
strained. Please let Mother Mary know if you or someone you know would like to talk with her; she can be reached at 816-262-2507 or MOMARY1400@gmail.com

Healing --
God desires for us to be whole and one as the body of Christ. Please contact Mother Mary is you are interested in the laying on of hands, prayer, and anointing.

The St. Agnes Guild – is comprised of the women of our church. They coordinate the social and outreach activities, as well as get well cards, the kitchen, the garden, and housekeeping.  They meet monthly September through May on the first Thursday of each month.   During that time they also offer the Naomi Lunch on the second Wednesday of the month, as well as numerous other events throughout the year.

Music – Our music program is coordinated by Sally Sturges. She directs the choir and plays the organ at services.

Outreach – The second Wednesday of each month at 12:00 pm, the St. Agnes Guild serves a free lunch for those in the community who are single or alone.  It is a time for fellowship over a homemade meal. This meal is known as the Naomi Guild Lunch.

Youth – we cooperate with other members of the Sedan Ministerial Alliance to support our youth through Faith Weavers.  Faith Weavers is offered Wednesday night at 6:30 pm.

Support Groups – we host a weekly Narcotics Anonymous Group on Fridays at 7:00 pm.  For information please contact Mother Mary at 816-262-2507 or MOMARY1400@gmail.com
